Eligibility for Returns:

• Eligibility for Returns: Items muse be returned within 7 days of receipt. 
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that they were received. 
• Items must be in the original packaging, including any tags and labels. 
• No partial refunds will be issued for any reason.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@lnrfieldsvcs.com with "Return Items" in the subject line, your order number, and the reason for the return. 
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. 

Refund Policy: 

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund by email.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item. 
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchange Process: 

• Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item for exchange.
• We will ship the new item to you once we have receive the original item.

2. Expedited Shipping:

• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

3. Overnight Shipping: 

• Delivery Time: 1 business day
• Cost: $25.00

Order Processing Time:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmaton email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order through the link provided in the email or by visiting our website and entering the tracking number

Shipping Restrictions: 

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain products may have restricted shipping due to size, weight, or destination regulations.
